Manual :
Root phone
Enable Diag port with HUA
Read QCN with QPST FREE TOOL
Read security with HUA
Goto Qualcomm Tab/Network unlock/
Select coolpad Method(3320a)
Press Direct unlock
Restore QCN with QPST 
Done

Warning :

DONT FORGET BACKUP QCN WITH QPST FREE TOOL
